Cut-and-Roll Penny cookies
The recipe can be made as large as your mixer will be maintained and the final mass can be held in the freezer for a month. When ready to use just bring the dough to room temperature before rolling and baking. Finish chip cookies or colored sugar or spread with meringue buttercream or royal.
